Participation waiver

I am the parent or legal guardian of the child or children included in this registration and authorize their participation in ORVIT programs operated by ORVIT LLC on property owned by Inaudi and Cevallos.

I understand that soccer, fitness, gardening, art, outdoor education, agriculture, nature exploration, and related activities involve inherent risks, including falls, collisions, weather exposure, plants, insects, tools, uneven terrain, and physical exertion. I knowingly accept these risks on behalf of the participating child or children.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, I release, waive, and hold harmless ORVIT LLC, Inaudi and Cevallos, and their owners, employees, coaches, volunteers, agents, and representatives from claims arising from ordinary negligence connected with participation. This does not waive claims that cannot legally be waived.

I authorize ORVIT staff to obtain emergency medical care when I cannot be reached and accept responsibility for resulting costs. I confirm that the information provided is accurate and will notify ORVIT of material changes.

I understand that missed recurring-program classes are not eligible for make-up sessions, prorated tuition, refunds, or account credits. Special clinics follow the refund terms stated at registration.
